Yes. There is no mandatory setup charge or large upfront design bill. You choose a monthly plan and we design, develop, host and manage the website as part of that service.
Do I need to already own a domain?
Yes. You will need to own your domain name, so it always remains in your control. We will guide you through connecting it to your new LaunchOne website.
What do I need to provide?
You provide your business information, written content, images and domain details through our simple online portal. Clear prompts will show you exactly what we need.
What happens after I choose a package?
You complete a short online brief. Launchpad customers choose their scrolling sections, while Takeoff and Orbit customers choose their pages. We design the homepage first and continue the build after that direction is approved.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are rolling monthly with no long-term commitment. Your website stays live until the end of the paid period. Full cancellation and transfer terms are shown before you start.
Are online shops included?
Ecommerce, memberships, custom systems, paid advertising, copywriting and advanced SEO sit outside these standard plans. Tell us what you need and we can confirm whether it is available separately.
